A mild week ahead…

As I look at the charts for the week, that is really the #1 takeaway I get from them. A mild week. Also, a pretty cloudy week, but with only one actual “storm” in sight, Thursday PM. And even that, looks like rain. After a pretty clear night tonight, (lows near 18F), clouds will quickly fill the skies not long after sunrise Tuesday, and flurries will probably fall by midday, into evening. With it being only flurries and with highs expected near 36F, how much impact do you think that will have? Exactly…very little. A southerly/SW flow surface and aloft will keep the clouds coming Wednesday, but by afternoon, it’s possible for the flurries of Wednesday to turn into sprinkles 😦 Nevertheless, a storm just now forming in the deep south will make a run at us Thursday, but I expect it to be a rain-maker (most of it, anyway), later Thursday. It may change to snow Friday, but most of the moisture will be gone, so it’s pointless right now to get excited about that. The better weekend day looks like Saturday, fyi.
