A little light snow tonight

A cold front sweeping through tonight is setting off some snow showers, and over the course of the night, I expect an inch, two at most. Skies will rapidly clear towards morning, and Friday will be bright but brisk, with daytime highs not exceeding 20F. A somewhat more significant storm rapdily arrives early Saturday, and brings snow through mid-afternoon, and could bring us, oh, I’d guestimate, 3-5 inches of the white stuff. It’ll wind down and begin clearing up by sunset, and Sunday looks fine. But yet ANOTHER system will be on that one’s heels, and clouds will increase before nightfall Sunday, with intermittent (off and on) light snow or rain early Monday. But the story with that storm is the mild air. It will apparently be strong enough to have winds circulate in air approaching 50F by Monday evening! A steady 3-5 hour rain Monday evening will signal the storm is pulling out, and skies will clear by Tuesday, with temps slowly returning towards norms thereafter.
