Big travel week ahead…

After a clear and cold night tonight, clouds will increase rapidly Tuesday. While rain shouldnt arrive until Tuesday night, it will likely rain heavy at times, into Wednesday midday. At the very end, it may end as a few hours of wet snow showers, but with no accumulation. The predominant storm track CONTINUES to be to our west, which you will recall, always puts us on the warm side of any storm, thus rain, versus snow. A huge bubble of high pressure will build in quickly by Thursday morning, and will rule the land Thursday through Saturday…with clear days and nights. As for temperatures, tonight will see temps fall off into the lower 20s. Tuesday and Wednesday, mid 40s. Thursday near 50! And Friday and Saturday well into the 50s. So, it will be a warm and tranquil holiday and weekend.
